Week 2
Also, I survived my second week of PT. I am really surprised at how much better I pulled up this week, even though I did a LOT more. I can feel my fitness stamia improving, and am blown away by how quickly that seems to be happening. It was only my second week.
Weightloss wise, things have stalled since I started exercising, which I think is a combination of being better hydrated, and eating more due to being hungry after PT. i think I will adjust soon, and will start losing again. I am in no super hurry, but am determined to just keep chipping away. It adds up. I am 16kg down from when Bird was born, which puts me 2kgs from my pre-pregnancy weight, but still 10kg away from pre-pregnancy with Bear.
But the weight is actually just a measure/correlate to health for me. What I want is to avoid diabetes, heart disease etc, and to be strong and active.
